We were excited to share the mission of the Douglas Anderson Writers' Festival during First Coast Connect on WJCT this morning. Festival author Nikesha Elise Williams joined Douglas Anderson Creative Writing’s Director Tiffany Steward Melanson and Senior Creative Writing major Nylah Watkins for an amazing conversation about the importance of community writing events to writers of all kinds and how the purchase of a ticket goes to support this world class public high school writing program!
